I was delighted to redesign the dedicated Club / Business Class check-in wing at Heathrow Terminal 5. As part of a drive to improve the offering for Business Class customers, the area was redeveloped with a distinct, premium feel.
I designed the new Club podiums which greet customers as they enter the area, as well as the new signage, floor mats, tensa barriers, check-in screens and the large backlit fascia along the back.
